Today I will tell you about a simple cleanser which detoxifies your body and which you can easily make at home and if you wish have it everyday. This cleanser is made up of two simple and commonly found leafy vegetables which you can buy very cheap at any store which sells vegetables. These two are nothing but Cilantro also known as Coriander and Parsley. These two make an excellent combination if you want to make some juice.
How to Make the Natural Detox at Home
Although detox sounds like a word which is difficult to perform at home the truth is you can definitely start your detox at home. Here is what you would need to do -
Take a bunch of Cilantro and a bunch of Parsley and wash them properly. Many times Cilantro and parsley contain soil. Washing them will get rid of the soil. Now cut off the root portion and throw it away. Take the remain portions and chop into small pieces. Now add these finely chopped cilantro and parsley to the blender and add half a cup of water. Run the blender for half a minute and check. If you feel more water is needs add half a cup of water more and run the blender again.
Once the two leaves blend properly and have a juicy look pour it into a glass. For taste you can also add little lemon juice and some rock salt. I usually add both lemon and rock salt.
If you are not too comfortable chewing the leaves then put the liquid in a clean cotton cloth and squeeze out the juice in a glass and have it. I personally would recommend having the entire stuff instead of just the squeezed out juice.
Have it in the mornings regularly and you will find that you will have much more energy. Parsley cleanses your entire blood supply and remove bad smell from the breath. Parsley is full of chlorophyll which cleanses and detoxes your entire system.
Cilantro of the coriander leaves have the ability to bind with heave metals such as mercury which are toxic. If you have a dental filling or take too much of fish from contaminated waters, you are likely to have higher levels of mercury in your body. Mercury is highly toxic in nature and it is a neuro-toxin which can damage the brain.
Hence having these two leafs regularly helps in cleaning your body and removes toxins which will make you healthy. Most people will find it too time consuming to eat the leaves so it is more convenient to have it in semi liquid form.
